NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Amended Agreed Order to Set Property for Sale at Public Auction, dated December 5, 2024, and entered in case # 2024-CA-000644 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DUSHYANT GULAT is the Plaintiff, and WHISPER ACQUISITIONS, LLC, and JASON M. PHILLIPS, are the Defendants. The Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the subject property at public sale with a minimum first auction bid of at least Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to the highest bidder for cash on December 5, 2024, at 10:00 A.M., after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted online with the Pinellas County Courthouse at www.pinellas.realforclose.com.
The subject property is described as set forth in the said Order, to wit:
Lot 77, Harbordale, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8 on Page 29, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
