NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 1653, SCOTSDALE VILLA CONDOMINIUM I, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Easements, Terms and other Provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 5150, Pages 1339-1393, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 47, Pages 124-125, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 12, 2024
