NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 22-004512-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC, Plaintiff and Cathryn T. McDaniel f/k/a Cathryn Tracey O'Neal are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 9, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NUMBER 224, PATRIOT SQUARE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 2, AS PER THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4043, PAGE 936, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 46 THROUGH 48, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
