NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 29, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. 24-001811-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS INC., Plaintiff and MICHAEL FRALEY; SHARON FRALEY; FLORIDA PREMIER ROOFING LLC are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on December 31, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
