BOCA GRANDE ASSOCIATES, INC., a Florida Corporation, and all other parties claiming by, through, under and against it; and all unknown natural persons, if alive and of not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, and creditors or other parties
claiming by, through or under those unknown natural persons and its several unknown assigns, successors
in interest, trustees, or any other persons claiming by, through, under or against any corporation or other
legal entity named as defendant; and all claimants, persons or parties natural or corporate whose exact
status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described defendants or parties who are
claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the lands hereafter described,

TO THE DEFENDANTS, BOCA GRANDE ASSOCIATES, INC., a Florida Corporation, and all other parties claiming by, through, under and against it; and all unknown natural persons, if alive and of not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, and creditors or other parties claiming by, through or under those unknown natural persons and its several unknown assigns, successors in interest, trustees, or any other persons claiming by, through, under or against any corporation or other legal entity named as defendant; and all claimants, persons or parties natural or corporate whose exact status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described defendants or parties who are claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the lands hereafter described in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 8 and 9, Block 2, Revised Plat of Boca Grande, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 1 and 1A, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

A tract or parcel of land lying in Section 14, Township 43 South, Range 20 East, Boca Grande Island, Lee County, Florida, and being bounded on the west by the eastern edge of an 18” seawall cap bordering the Gulf of Mexico, bounded on the north by the westerly extension of the northerly line of Lot 9, Block 2 as shown on the plat of “Revised Plat of Boca Grande”, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 1 and 1A, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, bounded on the south by the westerly extension of the southerly line of Lot 8, Block 2 of said subdivision, bounded on the East by the westerly line of Lots 8 and 9, Block 2, of said subdivision, and further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 9 of Block 2, of said “Revised Plat of Boca Grande”, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 1 and 1A, Public Records of Lee County, Florida; thence, S00°36'04”E, along the westerly line of lots 8 and 9, Block 2, of said subdivision, a distance of 100.00 feet, to the southwest corner of said Lot 8; thence, S89°23'56”W, along the westerly extension of the southerly line of said Lot 8, a distance of 22.26 feet, to the easterly edge of an 18” seawall cap; thence, N00°39'58”W, along the easterly edge of said seawall cap, a distance of 100.00 feet, to an intersection with the westerly extension of the northerly line of said Lot 9; thence, N89°23'56”E, along said extended line, a distance of 22.37 feet, to the northwest corner of said Lot 9 and the Point of Beginning.
YOU, AND EACH OF YOU, ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit to quiet title to the above described property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Charles C. Jones, II, Esquire, Plaintiff's Attorney, of the law firm of Jones, Haber & Rollings, whose address is 1633 SE 47th Terrace, Cape Coral, Florida 33904 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court on or before December 18, 2024; otherwise the allegations of the Complaint will be taken as confessed.
This Notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in Cape Coral, Florida.
