NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 27, 2024 in Civil Case No. 24-CA-001297 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR VELOCITY COMMERCIAL CAPITAL LOAN TRUST 2023-2 is Plaintiff and Homes in the Sunshine LLC, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of December, 2024 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 42 and 43, Block 1398, Cape Coral Unit 18, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 96, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
