COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, ANALAY LEONARD, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a Quiet Title action on the following properties listed below has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Marion, on September 11, 2024; Case No: 2024-CA-6227.
1. LOT 7, BLOCK 17, of a certain subdivision known as SUNCOAST ESTATES, according to the map or plat thereof on file and Recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court in Official Record Book 566, at Page 8, inclusive to the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

(hereinafter “Subject Property”
You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: RITA JACKMAN, ESQUIRE, of YOUR ADVOCATES, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, who address is 2050 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33901, on or before December 23, 2024, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Courthouse, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, FL 33901 either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter.
