NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment in favor of the Plaintiff dated the 9th day of September, 2024, and the Amended Order Granting Plaintiff's Emergency Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered the 12th day of November, 2024, in Case No.: 2023-CA-005775, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of January, 2025, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 243, William's Preserve Phase II-B, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 167, Page(s) 48 through 52, inclusive, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
