NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-000897 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HOUSE TUR INVESTMENTS, LLC is Plaintiff, and MASSEY AND ASSOCIATES, LLC; GREGORY MASSEY; LATOYA DECOSEY; MELTON C. CLARKE AND KATIE M. CLARKE, HUSBAND AND WIFE; UNKNOWN TENANT I NKA LIZZIE PINION; UNKNOWN TENANT II NKA SHAKARA PINION AND ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH AND UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS are Defendants.
