NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, WESTCHASE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. (the “Association”), entered in this action on the 15th day of November 2024, the Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at a public sale conducted online at the the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 3, 2025 at 10:00 A.M, the following described property:
Lot 22, Block 1, WESTCHASE SECTION “370”, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 75, Page 71, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 10510 Rochester Way, Tampa, Florida 33626, (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
