NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale dated November 8, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-013735, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-C, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-C (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ALLEN J. THOMAS A/K/A ALLEN THOMAS, are defendants. Cindy Stuart, Clerk of the Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 9TH day of JANUARY, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 5, OF KINGSTON HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 20-1 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
