The South 9 acres of the North 5/8 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, Less the East 440 feet, thereof, Also the West 442.4 feet of the South 3/8 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, Less Road Right of Way.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Plaintiffs'
Attorney, Jacqueline F. Perez, Esquire, whose address is Krinzman Huss Lubetsky Feldman & Hotte | Awerbach Cohn Perez, 28100 U.S. Hwy 19 North, Suite 104, Clearwater, Florida 33761, within 30 days of the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
