NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 22-005146-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARGENE JENQUIN AKA MARGENE B. JENQUIN AKA MARGENE M. JENQUIN, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 26, 2024 at 10:00 AM, the following described property:
LOTS 20, 21, 22, 23 AND 24, BLOCK âFâ, ALSTON HEIGHTS NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32 PAGE 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
