Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 28, 2023, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 15, BLOCK A, RIDGECREST ACRES SUBDIVISION UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE(S) 83, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 13649 120TH ST, LARGO, FL 33778; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 9, 2025 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
