NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2024, and entered in Case No. 36-2024-CA-002297 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Finance of America Reverse LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Mary L. Hainsworth aka Mary Hainsworth aka Mary Louise Hainsworth, deceased; United States of America Acting through Commissioner of Housing and Urban Development; Residence Roofing; Steven Hainsworth; Brian Hainsworth; Donna Tsitos, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Mary L. Hainsworth, deceased; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 12th day of December, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
