NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an order Resetting foreclosure Sale entered on November 7, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2021-CA-001661 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF GREENE STREET FUNDING TRUST is Plaintiff and IRFAN MARTIN IFTIKHAR, is the Defendant. The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on December 26, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK V, CROOKED LAKE PARK, TRACT NUMBER 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE(S) 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 502 CANAL DRIVE, LAKE WALES, FL 33859 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
