NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgement of Partition entered on June 4, 2024, in this cause, in the County of Polk County, Florida, the Polk County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00am on December 30, 2024, the following described property situated in Polk County, Florida:
Lot 5, Block H, MAP OF LOCKHART'S SUBDIVISION OF TRACTS 1,2,3,15 and 16 of FLORIDA DEVELOPMENT CO'S SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 5, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
