Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11/15/2024, in Case No.: 2024-CA-001135 of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein LAKES AT LAUREL HIGHLANDS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and THOMAS GEBREGERGIS, et al., is/are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 12/20/2024, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 107, LAKES AT LAUREL HIGHLANDS PHASE 1D, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 164, Pages 33 through 36, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
