Greene a/k/a Jean Frazee Greene a/k/a Jean Frazee; Truist Bank, successor by merger to SunTrust Bank are the Defendants, that Laura Roth, Volusia County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.volusia.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of January, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
