NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on November 14, 2024. and entered in Case No. 2023CA005872AX in the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and RONALD GENE ROBARTS and ELIZABETH A. ROBARTS, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://manatee.realforeclose.com, on December 19, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 74, POLO RUN PHASE 1A & 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 17060 POLO TRL, BRADENTON , FL 34211 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
