NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on November 21, 2024 in the above-styled case, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Electronic Auction held at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on January 6, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 2, ASHLEY PLACE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 6, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property Address: 1803 Ashley Drive, Venice, Florida 34292.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after sale, if any, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds unclaimed.
