Final Judgment was awarded on September 27, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-000666-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-5 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5 is the Plaintiff, and MARISOL SANTIAGO A/K/A MARISOL SANTIAGO-VILLEGAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARISOL SANTIAGO A/K/A MARISOL SANTIAGO-VILLEGAS; FRANCES RODRIGUEZ; EDUARDO FRANCISCO MARTINEZ; FRANCIS EDUARDO MARTINEZ; EMILIO ESTRADA CASTRO; MARIANA NIN-MENDEZ; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 206, HUNTERS CREEK TRACT 515 PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 96 THROUGH 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
