Final Judgment was awarded on August 23, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-008792-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and TONIA JOE ANN MEISTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TONIA JOE ANN MEISTER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 343, ROLLING OAKS UNIT IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 15 AND 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
