NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reinstate Case to Active Status and Request to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on November 21, 2024, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 6, WINTERMERE HARBOR, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 67, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Shall be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash by the Clerk of Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, on January 7, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. EST at www. myorangeclerkrealforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
