YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for quiet title has been filed in Lee County, Florida, Circuit Court against you in the matter of ROBIN D. MERRIMAN II, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE DONALD J. NEUSER REVOCABLE TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 24, 1982 v. SHARON A. NEUSER, RICHARD NEUSER, CYNTHIA NEUSER, RONALD NEUSER, LISA NEUSER, CHRISTOPHER D. NEUSER, PATRICIA NEUSER (DECEASED), ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST PATRICIA NEUSER, and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE DONALD J. Cape Harbour at Cape Coral, Lot 61, Block 6500, of Cape Coral Subdivisions (Camelot), Unit 75, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in the Plat Book 33, Pages 37 through 49, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before January 2, 2025 of this Notice on Plaintiff's attorney, Jackson C. Kracht, Esquire, Berlin Patten Ebling, PLLC, whose address is 3700 S. Tamiami Trail, Suite 200, Sarasota, FL 34239, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
