NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 29, 2024, and entered in Case No. 532024CA000245000000 of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and PAUL HARRELL A/K/A PAUL MONROE HARRELL; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SURF CONSULTANTS, INC., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO SUMMIT FINANCIAL CORP.; ANGELA HARRELL; ENIUM CAPITAL GROUP LLC; ENERGY SOLUTIONS DIRECT; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, STACY M. THAT PART OF LOT 2, BLOCK A, VERONA PARK, AS SHOWN BY MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2 AND RUN SOUTH 0 DEGREES 19 MINUTES 47 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2, A DISTANCE OF 165.60 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 73 DEGREES 14 MINUTES 19 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2, A DISTANCE OF 106.55 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 1 DEGREES 15 MINUTES 51 SECONDS WEST 134.90 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2, A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
