NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated September 23, 2024 in Case No. 2024CA000966000000 in the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein SUNSET POINTE PHASE TWO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC, a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and NODIA CLAUDIO ALVARADO; CARMEN D CARDONA; CARLOS RAUL COLLAZO CARDONA, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on October 28, 2024. ( ) www.polk.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 OF SUNSET POINTE OHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 158, PAGES 8-9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
