THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA
WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FOLLOWING:
ORDINANCE NO. 1494-24
AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA CREATING SECTION 130.24 SMOKING PROHIBITED IN CITY PARKS AND VAPING PROHIBITED IN OR ON CITY PROPERTY; ESTABLISHING PROHIBITED CONDUCT, DEFINITIONS AND PENALTIES; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The public hearing will be held on October 14, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 5335 8th Street, Zephyrhills, Florida. The full text of the ordinance is posted in City Hall and may be inspected by the public from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and may be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance or may submit written comments to City Council, 5335 8th Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33542.
