NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2022-CA-010314-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES LLC, Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GREGORY L. HUELSBERG, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, on October 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 63, RIO PINAR LAKES UNIT III B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
