DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of Harbourage at Braden River Community Development District will hold their regular monthly meetings for the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 on the dates as follows:
October 9, 2024
November 13, 2024
December 11, 2024
January 8, 2025
February 12, 2025
March 12, 2025
April 9, 2025
May 14, 2025
June 11, 2025
August 13, 2025
September 10, 2025
All meetings will be held at the Harbourage Recreation Center, located at 5705 Key West Place, Bradenton, Florida 34203 and will convene at 1:00 p.m.
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for each meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, 2700 S. Falkenburg Rd. Suite 2745, Riverview FL, 33578.
There may be occasions when one or more Board Supervisors may participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any Board Supervisor can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.
Any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting is asked to advise the District Office at (813) 533-2950, at least 48 hours before the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 7-1-1, who can aid you in contacting the District Office.
A person who decides to appeal any action taken by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
