COPPERSTONE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of Copperstone Community Development District will hold their regular monthly meetings for the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 on the dates as follows:

October 1, 2024
November 5, 2024
December 3, 2024
January 7, 2025
February 4, 2025
March 4, 2025
April 1, 2025
May 6, 2025
June 3, 2025
July 1, 2025
August 5, 2025
September 2, 2025

All meetings will convene at 6:30 p.m. and will be held at the Harrison Ranch Clubhouse, located at 5755 Harrison Ranch Blvd, Parrish, Florida 34219

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.

Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting is asked to advise the District Office at (813) 533-2950, at least 48 hours before the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 1(800) 955-8770, who can aid you in contacting the District Office.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
