NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on or about August 5, 2024, and is now pending as case number 2024-CA-006324 in the Circuit Court in the State of Florida, County of Hillsborough.
The name of the unserved party to the action is:
The Estate of Joe Lopresto Jr., and any and all heirs known and unknown, their heirs, personal representatives, administrators, successors, and assigns, and all other persons, or entities entitled to claim through them

and the nature of the proceeding is an Adverse Possession, Breach of Contract, and Specific Performance.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiff's attorney, John Paul Green, Esq., whose address is 10521 Bloomingdale Ridge Drive, Riverview, FL 33578, on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
