NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 29, 2024 in Civil Case No. 23-CA-016504 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF CIM TRUST 2019-R5 is Plaintiff and JOSE CEDENO, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 31st day of October, 2024 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, CHOSIN FEW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH 1997 MOBILE HOME WITH VIN#S GAGMTD2430A AND GAGMTD2430B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
