Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed the 1st day of October, 2024, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, Case No. 24-CA-003403, wherein AMBASSADOR CONDOMINIUM OF BONITA BEACH ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM L. HEATER, III is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on January 30, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 704 OF THE AMBASSADOR, A CONDOMINIUM, together with a 1/60th interest in the common elements and common property of the condominium, more particularly
delineated and identified in the Declaration of Condominium of The Ambassador, a Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 1583, Pgs. 1149 through 1241, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. This grant includes all personal property located in the unit.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
