TO: JOAN M. VINCENT, and all others who may claim an interest in the above-described 2016 CHEVROLET COLORADO, VIN: 1GCGSBEA1G1203585 (hereinafter the “Property”). Petitioner, BOB GUALTIERI, in his Official Capacity as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, seized the Property on or about August 19, 2024, at or near the area of near US Highway 19 N and Whitney Road, Clearwater, in Pinellas County, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Final Order of Forfeiture perfecting the right, interest and title to the Property for the use or benefit of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, all pursuant to Section 932.701-.704, Florida Statutes (2018).
