NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 27, 2024, and entered in Case No. 18-004770-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Emzari Gagoua, Heather Gagoua, Pinellas County, Florida Clerk of the Circuit Court, Emzari Gagoua, Heather Gagoua, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the October 19, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
