NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated the 30th day of September, 2024, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 15-003343-CI, the Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 31, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, in Block S, Capri Isle Blocks P-Q-R-S and T, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 36, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
