NOTICE OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING DATES
WINTER GARDEN VILLAGE AT FLOWLER'S GROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025
The Board of Supervisors of the Winter Garden Village at Fowler Groves Community Development District will hold their meetings for the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 at 3501 Quadrangle Blvd., Suite 197, Orlando FL 32817, at 11:30 a.m., unless otherwise indicated, on the following dates:
October 23, 2024
January 22, 2025
April 23, 2025
July 23, 2025
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from the District Manager, PFM Group Consulting LLC located at 3501 Quadrangle Boulevard, Suite 270, Orlando, Florida 32817 or by calling (407) 723-5900, or from the District's website http://wgvcdd.com/.
There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone. Any person requiring special accommodations at these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager's Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meetings. A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
