NOTICE OF RULEMAKING BY THE
WILLOW WALK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
A public hearing will be conducted by the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Willow Walk Community Development District (“District”) on December 3, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., at the Harrison Ranch Clubhouse, located at 5755 Harrison Ranch Boulevard, Parrish FL 34219. Prior Notice of Rule Development was published in a newspaper of general circulation on October 11, 2024.
In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Willow Walk Community Development District (“District”) hereby gives notice of its intent to adopt revisions to its Amenities Rules, including a revised Disciplinary and Enforcement Rule (altogether, the “Rules”)
The purpose and effect of the Rules is to provide for efficient and effective District operations of the District's amenities by setting policies and fees relevant to implementation of the provisions of Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. The proposed Rules may be adjusted at the public hearing pursuant to discussion by the Board and public comment. The proposed Rules address, among other things, use of access cards, rules for use of the District's amenities, procedures for the suspension and termination of amenity access, and provides for an reimbursement of administrative fees and costs to repair property damage. General legal authority for the District to adopt the proposed Rules include Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, as amended, and specific legal authority includes Sections 190.035(2), 190.011(5), 190.012(3), 190.035, 190.041, 120.54, 120.69 and 120.81, Florida Statutes, as amended.

Any person who wishes to provide the District with a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative as provided by Section 120.541(1), Florida Statutes, must do so in writing within twenty-one (21) days after publication of this notice to the District Manager's Office.
This public hearing may be continued to a date, time, and place specified on the record at the hearing without additional notice. If anyone chooses to appeal any decision of the Board with respect to any matter considered at a public hearing, such person will need a record of the proceedings and should accordingly ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based. At the hearing, staff or Supervisors may participate in the public hearing by speaker telephone.
