NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 25th day of June 2024, in Case No. 2022-CA-002217, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS TRUSTEE FOR PNPMS TRUST I, is the Plaintiff UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DORLEAN LYTTLE A/K/A DORLEAN I. LYTTLE; MICHELLE DEE KOVAC A/K/A MICHELLE KOVAC; DEAN SCOTT LYTTLE; KENNETH DEAN LYTTLE, JR; BRANDY MACWATTERS; MICHAEL MACWATTERS; JENNIFER RICHEY; MARENA RONIN ORTEGA; NCPT-GATHERSBURG, LLC; MV REALTY PBC, LLC; SCOTT VON BORSTEL AND UNKNOWN TENANT #1, are the Defendants. Angelina Colonneso Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 6th day of November 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK B, W.C. JERNIGAN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
