NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2024,and entered in case number 23-CA-3085 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Veronawalk Homeowners Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Susan Elaine Rediker Smith f/k/a
Susan Harper, Unknown Spouse of Susan Elain Rediker Smith, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown in Possession 1, and Unknown in Possession 2 are Defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the multipurpose room on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 am on October 24, 2024, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 422 VERONAWALK TOWNHOMES PHASE ONE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have on other recourse against the Plaintiff, the Defendants, or
the Plaintiff's counsel.
