Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Sarasota County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
LOT 3, BLOCK J, ENGLEWOOD ISLES, UNIT NO. 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 28, 28A AND 28B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on January 17, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
