NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF
CONDITIONAL SITE REHABILITATION COMPLETION ORDER (CSRCO)
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) gives notice of the issuance of Conditional Site Rehabilitation Completion Order (CSRCO) (Order) for the contaminated site known as Former Sarasota Precision/Rexnord Property, 5757 McIntosh Road, Sarasota, FL, FDEP Site # ERIC_10024 (Site). The Order confirms that the FDEP has approved the rehabilitation of the Site, and that the Site meets the requirements of Chapter 62-780, FAC, for closure.
The files associated with these orders are available for public inspection during normal business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at FDEP, 13051 N. Telecom Parkway #101, Tampa, FL 33637 attention: Bob Sellers, or online at http://depedms.dep.state.fl.us/Oculus/servlet/login, Facility identification: ERIC_10024.
A person whose substantial interests are affected by the Department's action may petition for an administrative proceeding (hearing) in accordance with Sections 120.569 and 120.57, FS. The petition must be received by the Agency Clerk, Department of Environmental Protection, 3900 Commonwealth Boulevard, Mail Station 35, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-3000, within 21 days of the publication of this notice.
The failure of any person to file a petition for an administrative hearing within the appropriate time period shall constitute a waiver of that person's right to request an administrative determination (hearing) under Sections 120.569 and 120.57, FS.
