NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 22-CA-008932 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARTHA PEACE, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 14th day of November, 2024, the following described property:
THE EAST 63 FEET OF THE WEST 534.23 FEET OF THE NORTH 193.3 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET FOR RIGHT OF WAY OF HANNA AVENUE, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
