NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT K- BAR RANCH II COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The K- Bar Ranch II Community Development District (“District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to revise the rules and rates relating to usage of the District's amenities facilities pursuant to applicable Florida Statutes. The purpose and effect of the proposed amendments are to address usage and related rates for certain District amenities necessary for the efficient operation of the District. Specific legal authority for the rule and rate amendments includes but is not limited to the District's enabling legislation as well as applicable provisions of Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes.

A public hearing will be conducted by the Board of Supervisors of the K- Bar Ranch II Community Development District on Thursday, the 21st day of November, 2024, during the meeting of the Board of Supervisors beginning at 6:00 p.m., at the K-Bar Ranch II Amenity Center, 10820 Mistflower Lane, Tampa, Florida 33647.

The public hearing may be continued to a date, time, and place approved by the Board of Supervisors on the record without additional publication of notice.
