YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, LAKE TARPON SAIL AND TENNIS CLUB III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 105, LAKE TARPON SAIL & TENNIS CLUB III, a Condominium, Phase I, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 70, Pages 107-113, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5598, Pages 830-911, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any and all amendments made thereto. With the following street address: 90 S. Highland Ave., #105, Tarpon Springs, Florida, 34689
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
