Apartment No. 10-A, of MYERLEE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1320, Page 397 and as amended in O.R. Book 1342, Page 743; O.R. Book 1369, Page 1984; and O.R. Book 1411, Page 676, O.R. Book 2945, Page 3460, O.R. Book 4057, Page 746, and Instrument Number 2008000103130, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances there unto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration and together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereto.
