Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Lien Foreclosure filed the 7th day of October, 2024, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, Case No. 24-CA-003466, wherein THE COURTYARD HOMES AT BELL TOWER PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN FORREST, SR. is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on DECEMBER 12, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Lien Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT 102, BLDG. 67, COURTYARD HOMES AT BELL TOWER PARK, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 4148, Page(s) 2190, as amended in Official Records Instrument Number 2006000160300, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
