TRUSTEES NOTICE OF
FORECLOSURE PROCEEDING TO: (See Exhibit A Obligor)
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a TRUSTEE'S NON-JUDICIAL PROCEEDING to enforce a Lien in favor of Coconut Plantation Condominium Association, Inc., a corporation not-for-profit under the laws of the State of Florida has been instituted on the following Timeshare Ownership Interest at Coconut Plantation described as: Unit (See Exhibit A-Unit), Week (See Exhibit A-Week), (See Exhibit A-Type) Coconut Plantation, a Condominium (the 'Condominium'), according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 4033, Page 3816, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all exhibits attached thereto, and any amendments thereof. The default giving rise to these proceedings is the failure to pay condominium assessments and dues resulting in a Claim of Lien encumbering the Timeshare Ownership Interest as recorded in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida. The Obligor has the right to object to this Trustee proceeding by serving written objection on the Trustee named below. The Obligor has the right to cure the default and any junior interest holder may redeem its interest, for a minimum period of forty-five (45) days until the Trustee issues the Certificate of Sale. The Lien may be cured by sending certified funds to the Trustee payable to the
Lienholder in the amount of (See Exhibit A-Total), plus interest (calculated by multiplying (See Exhibit A-Per Diem) times the number of days that have elapsed since the date the Trustee's Notice of Foreclosure Proceeding was mailed to the Obligor (See Exhibit A-Notice Date)), plus the costs of this proceeding.
