UNIT 502 OF BUILDING 5, OF THE TOWNHOMES AT CAPE HAZE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN BOOK 3194, PAGE 277, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly Known As: 3919 Cape Haze Drive, Bldg. 5, Unit 502, Rotunda West, FL 33947
AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien assessment on the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERNEST W. STURGES, JR., ESQ., GOLDMAN, TISEO & STURGES P.A., 701 JC Center Court, Suite 3, Port Charlotte, FL 33954, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before November 22, 2024; otherwise, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
